How can I add a Data Center

From the Cluster view, click the Action Tab and choose ‘Add DC’.

Note

Make sure your cluster has VPC peering enabled.

How can I scale up my cluster (to a stronger EC2 type)?

Open a support ticket with the needed request:

Note that scaling up will require changing all your cluster nodes to the new type.

How can I scale out my cluster(adding more nodes)?

From the cluster view, goto Action Tab and choose ‘Resize Cluster’.

Note that scaling out should be done in multiples of 3.

How can I scale down my cluster (remove nodes)?

Can I add more users to my Scylla Cloud account?

As the account administrator, open a support ticket with the needed request:

How to change account settings: email, address, password, credit card details, etc.?

In the Scylla Cloud UI, from the upper right side of the screen go to Account Settings and change them.

Note

Some operations, such as changing your credit card details or your password may require need extra validation steps.
